MB Town Planning identified a strategy to use existing use rights and prepared that case, as well as guiding the architect’s amendments and preparing a case to Council supporting the proposal in relation to scenic impacts and on other planning grounds. The development application was then approved.

Prior to that, MB Town Planning provided strategic advice during the design development phase and identified a strategy for successfully presenting a case in support of the proposal despite being over the applicable height controls. MB Town Planning also represented the client at the pre-DA meeting and addressed the meeting of elected Council at which the application was approved.
